Our craft fairs, festivals, shows and markets are well advertised locally, regionally and nationally, and are both local and tourist attractions.
WEST COUNTRY CRAFT FAIRS, being one of the South West's most successful organisers, does everything possible to ensure that you have a busy fair. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage to or theft to your stock (for which you should arrange suitable insurance), failure of press advertisements or anything else beyond our control..
Stalls cannot be transferred, sub-let, franchised or sold to any other person; nor can they be shared without prior written consent from West Country Fairs
No refunds or credits are given for the cancellation of markets or for reduced trading hours due to adverse weather conditions
You are responsible for all your own goods at our craft fairs and no responsibility is accepted by the organisers for any loss or damage. Inexpensive public liaibility insurance can be obtained.
All stall holders must have their own public liability and product liability insurance. West Country Fairs reserve the right to refuse entry if proof of such insurance cannot be provided

You will find the off-loading times on your floor plan.
PUBLIC OPENING TIMES
Events are open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at all venues.
CHARITIES
Charities must provide proof of charitable status.
PLEASE NOTE
We request that exhibitors do not leave any rubbish behind i.e. boxes, paper or any other litter.

West Country Fairs reserves the right to reject applications and not enter into any correspondence or otherwise explain the reasons for the decision.
